Cancellations attract a fee of $50.00 regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
The delivery fee becomes nonrefundable once the equipment is delivered.
Cancellation fees and other applicable fees are deducted from the paid amount, and the remainder is refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery/pickup fee is assessed based on your delivery/pickup location.
Rental Date Change
Reservation dates can be modified for free.
Irie Mobility Jamaica can not guarantee accommodation for the new dates. If Irie Mobility Jamaica is unable to accommodate the new dates, and this leads to a cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied.
Water Usage
The user should not go into water without an adult for assistance. The equipment will float once in water, and an additional adult must be present to provide the user assistance as needed.
